        "listing_about": "Nestled in the forest of the Tualatin Mountains of Portland, OR Seven Sails Vineyard is home to 1,500 Pinot Gris vines planted in 1999 and 2005. From only 3 acres of one varietal Kate and Shuhe have managed to craft their signature \"3 Shades of Gris\" including ros\u00e9, white and their delicious Rouge de Gris. With the 2020 harvest an exceptional Sparkling Brut\u00a0 joined the crew. In 2022 their Barrel Fermented Captain's Reserve and a Sparkling Brut Ros\u00e9 to die for were added, and they now have their first Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Walla Walla Valley grapes (92 points in Wine Enthusiast!).\u00a0 Don't miss out on their unique Captain's Table Wine Club offering musical, theatrical and gastronomic adventures with a piratical flair right here in the NW Hills of Portland or attend one of their fabulous public tastings with changing themes, live music, home cooking and a beautiful view.\r\nEnjoy the Journey!",
