The Oregon Wine Industry

education in Oregon. Organized by the Oregon Wine Board, the
Symposium brings wine industry members together to discuss issues,
discover new tools and techniques, and network with industry

- After February 8, rates will be $250 for a session attendee
ticket. You can register online or at the door.
- Symposium registration provides access to the sessions, lunches
and trade show. A separate ticket is needed for the dinner,
technical tasting and Spanish session.
- A confirmation will be sent after registering online.
Membership
Symposium Badges
- If you have pre-registered, you may pick up your badge at the
registration area at the Oregon Convention Center outside of Hall D
on level 1.
- Your name and company, as provided on your registration, will
be on your badge. Please register using your name as you want it
printed on your badge.
- Your Symposium badge will be needed for entry into the
sessions, lunches, and trade show.
- Separate tickets will be provided for the dinner and technical
tasting as purchased.
One-Day Registration
- We do not offer one-day registration. Symposium passes can be
shared if you cannot attend each day.
Spanish Language Session
- This session includes entry to lunch and trade show on
Wednesday, February 20, 2012.
Payment
- By registering online, you can choose to pay by credit card or
by check.
- If paying by check, please make payable to "Oregon Wine Board"
and mail to: 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 400, Portland OR
97209.
- Your confirmation email will serve as your invoice.
Cancellations/Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Oregon Wine
Board and be faxed, emailed (info@oregonwine.org) or
postmarked by February 8, 2013 to receive a refund. A confirmation
email will be sent once the cancellation is received.
- If received before February 8, 2013, a refund of the
registration amount will be given minus a 10% service fee.
- Cancellations after February 8, 2013 will not be entitled to
any refund.
- The Oregon Wine Board will not be responsible for notices that
are not received.
- Substitutions may be made at any time.
- Please note: a no-show to the event and/or non-payment does not
constitute cancellation.
